Portfolio incentive
$2 per unit after a qualifying portfolio rollout.
The current plan is a one-time $2/unit payment to the management company 90 days after go-live, subject to the management-company agreement and rollout eligibility terms.

Association-facing billing
Community Cover does not decide what you charge your client.
The management company can see underlying Community Cover costs at the association level and allocate them through its normal billing process. Any pass-through, labor or administrative charge must be permitted by the management company's agreement and applicable rules.
