Community Cover came from seeing an important recurring responsibility managed through inboxes, spreadsheets and individual memory — and asking why the manager had to remain the operating system.
Founder story
Operator first. Software second.
Greg Taylor previously operated a community association management company. The product direction starts with a simple constraint: managers do not need another login, another dashboard or another low-value task.
The system should quietly move routine work, preserve the record and surface the small number of things where judgment and local context matter.

What we are building first
One narrow category, done properly.
V1 is focused on unit-owner and homeowner insurance compliance for condominium and HOA communities. Future compliance categories can wait until this operating model is proven.
